During my "stint" and Senior Magazine, I had the privilege of working with Nan Mahon. She and I rarely met in person, but together we were largely responsible for producing the cover stories for Senior Magazine from September of 2005 to June of 2009.
I am happy to announce her book launch that will be held tomorrow, June 19th, at the Elk Grove Library (Community Room) from 10am-1pm.
Author Nan Mahon
The book is called Blind Buddy and Mojo's Blues Band, and can be described as a murder mystery.
The book launch will feature music by saxophonist and singer Nat Brown, 2007 Grammy Award nominee. Books will be onsale to be signed by the author. Nan has also written three other books, Junkyard Blues, Pink Pearls and Irish Whiskey, and Hard Times and Honeysuckle.
