The Ten22 team invites guests to join them for the restaurant’s inaugural Beer Dinner – Spicy Asia & Cold Brews – on Thursday, August 4 at 6 p.m.
After receiving rave reviews from Beer Tasting Thursday attendees and great feedback from those who participated in our Sacramento Beer Week Tasting Dinner, Ten22 Executive Chef Jay Veregge has decided to delve even deeper into the fun-filled world of food and beer pairings.
Veregge will lead guests through a delicious five-course menu, expertly paired with tasty and unique beers.
First Course
Thai Chile Pork Fresh Rolls

Second Course
Green Papaya-Mango Salad with poached prawns and fried plantains
Pale Ale
Third Course
Sliced Red Curry Duckling with black rice cake and wild cilantro
Sour Ale – Fruit Beer
Fourth Course
Fire-Roasted Lamb Shoulder with habanero-poached potato, kaffir lime vinaigrette and shaved “carrots of death”
Wheat Ale
Fifth Course
Mango-Habanero Cheesecake with coconut chilling cream
Barley Wine
Menu is subject to change. Detailed information about the beer pairings will be posted on Ten22’s website no later than July 27.
This exclusive Beer Dinner is $49 per person and seating is limited. Reservations are required. Guests must contact the restaurant directly at 916.441.2211 to secure their attendance.
In celebration of the first Beer Dinner, those in attendance will be entered into a drawing to win tickets to their own suite (that’s 16 tickets!) at the August 18 River Cats game! This special drawing will take place during the August 4 dinner.
