Tomorrow evening, May 16, 2012, Dawson's presents a wine dinner showcasing Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. The evening will begin with a 6:30 reception and at 7:00pm, dinner will be served.

Pan Seared Skate with Brown Butter, Meyer Lemon and Fried Parsley, paired with Far Niente Chardonnay 2010

Pheasant Breast, Lavendar Butter, and Butter Poached Yellow Finn
Potatoes, paired with Nickel & Nickel Harris Vineyard Merlot 2008
Rack
of Spring Lamb, Parsnip Puree, Ramps, and Mint Essence, paired with
Nickel & Nickel State Ranch Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Chocolate Dumplings with Sugared Blackberries, paired with Dolce 2006
