And after dining at Sub Shack last night* and chatting to the owner re: New Orleans cuisine (their possible menu next week), I am makin one of THESE. this weekend for me and my doll. Laizzez les bon temps roulez!

*(GREEK FOOD last night, YUMMMM--All the greatest hits were present...spanokopita, eggplant moussaka, baba ghannouj--misses were the baklava--it didn't taste homemade to me--I am so picky about dessert!)
