Here is the flyer for the fundraiser I'll be catering. They have chosen an Italian theme, and if all goes well, I will be cooking for this organization on a regular basis! Also, if you choose to come, it's bring your own wine/beer. I will be announcing a full menu closer to the date, when I figure out what is going to be in season vegetable-wise, and when I have more of an idea how many people will be there. I can say there will be three dishes and a dessert. Come out and support the Arts in River Park and cheer on my budding culinary career... :)
