7th Annual PANC Auction for Action on September 12th!

The 7th Annual PANC Auction for Action hosted by Armstrong & Getty will be on September 12th from 5-9pm at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center. PANC stands for The Parkinson Association of Northern California. The Parkinson Association is a non-profit 501© (3) organization dedicated to helping people and families who are affected by Parkinson's disease and related conditions.

The fundraiser, titled "Cruisin for a Cure" will have a nautical theme, and "inside cabin" tickets start at $75 per person. "Ocean View" tables of ten are $750. $1500 gets your party of 10 a "Balcony" view, and $2500 is a "Penthouse" table of 10. The evening will include a live and silent auction, dinner and a raffle to win a trip for 2 to New York City!

During the fundraiser Dr. Bach & the Jazz Practitioners will showcase their high energy group of talented and experienced musicians while playing Dixieland, Swing, Dance, Blues, and Gospel. The band features a Tuba-Banjo sound for Traditional (Trad) tunes, and Guitar-String Bass for Swing.

The fundraiser is such an enjoyable evening every year, and so festive. Last year was Mardi Gras theme and the Scottish Rite Center was dressed in brilliant hues of purple, yellow, and green. The menu even reflected New Orleans cuisine, I also remember the delicious bread pudding we had for dessert.
