Was going to get up Sunday morning to enter these in the Mandarin Festival Recipe contest, but I was pretty beat from marathon cooking Friday and Saturday, and being on my feet most of day and into the evening. So I was totally too lazy to drive to Auburn. Next year I'll enter something... :)
