Bake at 375°F until Golden Brown...

The deadline for Cooking Light's Ultimate Reader Recipe Contest is April 30th. This year, recipe submissions must contain one or more of the following products *sponsors*: Cook’s Ham, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Quaker Oatmeal, Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Cheese, Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Benefiber® (niiiice...), Kerrygold Cheeses and Butters from Ireland (doesn't cheese cancel out the Benefiber?), & Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar.

I really like Cooking Light's recipe section, but the first half of the magazine is mostly advertisements and content that has nothing to do with cooking. Still, there are great ideas in the magazine on how to prepare many dishes of which traditional preparation are off limits to dieters, such as lasagna. One of the most successful items I made from the magazine was the Stout Chocolate Cherry Bread. I mean, Guinness and chocolate? Sign me up.
