Every Morning...


Millstone caramel truffle with 1 Tbs skim milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 2 packs of splenda, in my A&G mug. Love it.

I have an A&G mug too! Mine usually contains Mighty Leaf tea -- green tea tropical, ginger twist, African nectar, or mint mellange
