Birthday Dinner

(Roasted Australian all-natural free-range rack of lamb, pommes frites, and honey lime sauce.)

Side of legumes: fava beans, peas, onions, cheese

Birthday wine: Cotes du Luberon

The food WAS spectacular, and the legumes side dish was one of the best I have ever tried. Already craving it again!
Good times.
