Heirloom Tomato Celebration Kicks Off at Piatti Roseville Tomorrow!

It's time for tomatoes at Piatti Roseville and beginning tomorrow, they'll roll out a special menu to put this awesome vegetable, errr fruit, in the spotlight! A dish or two has been created for each course to celebrate the Heirloom Tomato, and below is a sneak peek of the menu additions:

Which one sounds best to you? I personally can't wait to try the Caprese Salad, but the Baba a Rum sounds fun & intriguing with its infusion of tomato syrup.
