Falling Off the No-Sugar Wagon Wednesday Presents...

Zebra Blondies!

These have about 170 calories each, and less than 5 grams of fat per blondie. I made in a 9-in square pan and cut (sawed) into 12 squares.

Ingredients:

1 (14-ounce) can Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 cup non-fat vanilla-flavored yogurt (I am in love with the Blue Bunny!!)

1 egg white

1 1/4 cups reduced fat biscuit baking mix

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melted Chocolate

Vanilla Creme Hershey Kisses or Hugs

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
In small mixer bowl, combine condensed sugar sap, yogurt and egg white; mix well. Stir in baking mix. Pour into prepared pan. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over batter in pan. With table knife, cut through chocolate to swirl. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Cut into 12 bars. Cut some hershey kisses in half--preferably the neat filled ones, or leave them whole to place on top...Melt some more chocolate to adhere the kisses to the tops of the blondies.

Pack em up in a box and give them to someone special. Or sit there and eat them one after another while reading others' food blogs and contemplating your next meal. Enjoy!

**Note: This is a super quick and easy recipe!!! I made these while I was at work waiting on ad approval from a client. I had no mixer, but a spoon and square pan were out in the trunk of my car. Travel prepared!

Hey G! The subject of your wonderful blog came up at dinner Sat. night. All are in agreement that it is high time you wrote a cupcake cookbook!

All in favor say I!

As the recipient of these yummy blondies, I can easily say they taste as fabulous as they look. And they're good medicine for my broken heart.

Thanks, cg! ;)
