Harvest on Sunday was a Success...

What a beautiful world we live in! I climbed a ladder on Sunday afternoon (and survived), equipped with gloves and branch clipper, to pick some oranges and grapefuits from the trees in my publisher's backyard.. I was reminded how amazing nature really is...the smell of the citrus and the blossoms was intoxicating, as was the honeysuckle that lined the fence around the trees.
I also saw the beginnings of some figs on a fig tree. Just...wow.

Hi Cakegrrl, you are aware that the spinach and tofu egg rolls from Trader Joe's have been discontinued, right? I started a grassroots campaign to get TJ's to bring them back. See my site for info.

Hi One Food Guy...
Maybe it's the vegetable ones I get... Still, I really get annoyed when TJ's sells a product, I get addicted to it, and then they swipe it out from underneath me, never to be sold again. :(
(Hello, precut butternut squash!)
