In honor of Independence Day, have a little cocktail in honor of Johnny Dunlap. Go ahead and google him if you need, I'll wait.
OK, are you with me? Since he and I kind of share professions, here's a drink I am naming in his honor, and the first documents that told the Mother Country that "We're not gonna take it, anymore..."
Dunlap Broadsides:
4 oz Black rum(that's the ink, baby!) or dark rum
8 oz Ginger beer
4 oz Brewed Earl Grey Tea
Serve in a chilled silver cup.
