It's kind of ridiculous when it is stressing me out so much and only making me BIG and not making me have BIG FUN.


Peanut Butter Pockets.
Originally these cookies were flat, but this time for my cookie entry, I decided to make them in cupcake tins. So now they are Peanut Butter Pucks I suppose. They are Ally's favorite of all the things I make, I think.
The best part of them is the peanut butter filling in the centers. Made with all brown sugar. No white, as I hate crispy cookies.
