I am down nearly three pounds in thirteen days.
I now fully endorse heart rate monitors and keeping a food diary... I am amazed at the results. I have more to say and will post on it later.

Thanks for turning me on to Calorie King! Even though I work out like a fiend, I have a problem with portion control. Being busy (as we all are), it's also entirely too easy to eat whatever is readily available, rather than planning ahead or taking some extra time to get something less evil.
