Lunch at the Winery for 36

I made it! I am home now after making lunch for 36 hungry fellas at R.H. Phillips. It went very well. I prepped a lot of things last night and I can't explain how much I love this gig. I was by myself with my own recipes, making sauces, chopping veggies, listening to jazz… it was spectacular. I didn't really get any photos of the meal besides the salad and the dessert... :( We were plating so fast that everything had to go out while it was relatively hot. But I will let you in on the menu I served:

Mixed greens salad with heirloom tomatoes and citrus-cilantro poppy seed dressing

Roasted Butternut Squash and Red Onions with Rosemary & Garlic
Seared Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry-Pear Sauce
Smashed Bleu Cheese Potatoes
Mixed Berry Tart

And, I get paid to do this. And get to wear a chef's jacket. AND I'm not fired. Nice. :)

UPDATE, Sat Sept 20:
OK so I lied. I was able to take a little of the lunch home with me to have for dinner last night and here's what it looked like all plated up:
